Turner Hill Mansion site review

Garden ceremony area

Saturday May 8th we had a great time meeting up late in the day with Tim & Amy again – and doing a site review of Turner Hill Mansion in Ipswich, MA.    Having grown up in Amesbury I often frequented Ipswich, Rowley, Newbury and the surrounding areas – I never knew Turner Hill existed!    The fond memories I have of that area are Woodman’s Seafood in Essex, The Clam Box and White Farms ice cream in Ipswich – yum.  If you haven’t checked out these places you really should.  Now for the mansion/golf course, no words can describe how breathtaking the whole area is.  The mansion is enormous and stately, the grounds are amazing, they even have the ability to put a tent outside.  We will be providing 3 separate sound systems, since the ceremony is taking place in a separate garden area, the meal will be under the tent and the cocktails and dancing will be inside the mansion.   We appreciated the coordinator (Carol) taking the time to give us the grand tour and a little history.

Tim & Amy are so much fun, they love motorcycle riding, Amy teaches dance aerobics and is really into music (especially the new and upbeat tunes).  They are SO excited about their wedding day, we could see it their eyes and feel their emotion while we walked the grounds.

We look forward to your June wedding Amy & Tim; we are going to have a BLAST !
