This month I’m highlighting Jason Derulo. He’s amazing – been performing since he was 5 and actually wrote his first song at age 8 (Crush On You). He’s written songs for Danity Kane, Sean Kingston, Cassie, Lil Mama & Donnie Klang since he was 16. May 2009 was a big year for him when he released his first single ”Whatcha Say” – it became quite the hit and sold over 2 million digital downloads. The song actually hit #1 in the US and in New Zealand. His 2nd single, “In My Head” came out around Dec. 2009 and his debut Album was released this year.
