He has a really interesting background, born August 28, 1986 & raised in the Congo. He was exposed to a variety of musical influences early in his life. He formed a boy band in Stockholm, Sweden with his brother, a local club DJ. They sold half a million albums, won an African Grammy and performed with Ginuwine & Ludacris

Mohombi’s debut single, “Bumpy Ride” is the first release on RedOne’s label 2010 Records . It was released in the US on Aug 24, 2010. Mohombi also released “Miss Me”, as his debut single in the United Kingdom on Oct. 31, 2010. It features rapper Nelly. His third single, “Dirty Situation” was released in Europe on November 11th and features R&B singer, Akon. Mohombi’s debut album, Movemeant is scheduled to be released in 2011 – watch for it!

Born in Florida on Sept. 17, 1979, Tramar Dillard – we all know him as Flo Rida . His first solo debut album was called Mail on Sunday. The album’s first single “Low” featuring T-Pain, was a #1 hit for 10 weeks in the US, the early part of 2008. “Low” was also featured in the Movie Step Up 2, The Streets. I’m happy to say it’s still a big dance hit with DJs everywhere and always seems to bring people to the dance floor. Flo Rida actually had 2 other singles off that album. In 2009, the album R.O.O.T.S was released and “Right Round” was the big hit single, making the Hot 100 for six weeks. “The Club Can’t Handle Me” was the big track for the hit movie, Step Up 3D. This month look for the new CD from Flo Rida titled: Only One Flo – Part 1”. My favorite track is “Turn Around (5-4-3-2-1)”– take a listen, hope you like it! Hope it entices you to the dance floor.

He’s from Hannah, S.C., married & has 2 boys. I read about him in a recent interview, “For me, it is icing on the cake,” he says of his success. My biggest goal in life when I was growing up was to find the right woman to marry and get a record deal. I’ve accomplished both of those things, so regardless of what happens beyond that, I’m happy.”

Blender magazine says Josh “is a country Barry White. His burring voice can tease our sensuality in unlikely places.” His rich baritone brings an undeniable sexuality to a love song, so it’s no surprise that love songs have been among his most popular recordings.

Josh has sold more than 4 million albums and had two multi-week No. 1s (“Your Man” and “Would You Go With Me”). His debut album was certified platinum with more than 1 million copies sold. Overall, Turner has charted ten times on the Billboard country singles charts, with all but one of his singles reaching Top 40 or higher. 2009–present: “Haywire”

1. Josh Turner – All Over Me

Check it out and let me know if you like it.

He’s a talented song writer, producer and actor. He’s also a humanitarian; recently he donated the song “It Must Be Love” to raise funds for the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Also, on February 1 Enrique recorded the re-make of “We Are the World” with other music artists. The song & video premiered on February 12 at the Opening of the Winter Olympics and proceeds from that song also went to help victims of the earthquake in Haiti.

Enrique was the winner for two World Music Awards in the categories of “World’s Best Selling Latin Performer” and “World’s Best Selling Spanish Artist”, in a ceremony held in Monaco on November 9, 2008.

He’s just finishing “Euphoria”, a new bi-lingual album – it’s set to be released in July. It’s half in English & half in Spanish, and he wrote most of the songs. One of my favorites is “Be With You”, but his new song with Pitbull is fast becoming another favorite of mine.
